Mentorship Program Role

  • Assists in organizing courses, trainings, and certifications

  • Learns MYM frameworks, phases, and methodologies

  • Helps refine lesson structure and learning experience

  • Studies how transformation is delivered, not just taught

Official Day-to-Day Role

  • Oversees all MYM curriculum and programs

  • Updates and evolves course content

  • Ensures consistency across coaches, trainers, and mentors

  • Maintains the integrity of MYM teachings
