Mentorship Program Role

  • Assists in planning MYM events, workshops, and pop-ups

  • Learns event flow, logistics, and guest experience

  • Supports vendor coordination and timelines

  • Observes how MYM translates energy into physical spaces

Official Day-to-Day Role

  • Plans and executes MYM events from start to finish

  • Manages vendors, venues, schedules, and run-of-show

  • Ensures every event reflects MYM’s premium standard

  • Supports retreats, workshops, and community gatherings
